The Mehregan Festival, hosted by Persian Heritage on 27 September 2025, filled London with the warmth and vibrancy of Persian culture. This inaugural celebration marked a historic moment for the Iranian community in the UK — a joyful blend of tradition, art, and unity.

The event featured lively music and dance performances, cultural showcases, and friendly competitions that drew families, artists, and cultural enthusiasts from across the country. Guests enjoyed Persian food, sweets, crafts, and exhibitions while connecting with others who shared a passion for Iranian heritage.
The festival also marked the launch of Voices of Resilience, Persian Heritage’s new annual series of cultural events and media projects, including the community’s first TV show and digital magazine, both dedicated to amplifying Persian voices across the UK.
“Mehregan celebrated love, gratitude, and friendship — values that connect us all,” said one of the event organizers.

As the night came to a close with music, dance, and heartfelt connection, it was clear that Mehregan had become more than just a festival — it was a symbol of unity, resilience, and pride in Persian heritage.
