About the Event

Pars Community is proud to launch a new Fat Burning & Body Shaping Course for women in Liverpool, starting next month in June. The programme is completely free and open to women who would like to improve their fitness, health, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

The sessions will be delivered by a UK-qualified professional trainer with experience in women’s fitness and body conditioning. The course focuses on practical and effective exercises designed to support fat burning, body shaping, strength improvement, and general fitness in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.


Classes will take place every Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at:

The course is suitable for different fitness levels, whether participants are complete beginners or already active and looking for extra motivation and structured training.


This programme is part of Pars Community’s ongoing commitment to supporting women’s health, wellbeing, and community engagement through accessible and inclusive activities.
